What´s Happening Now?
Jan PTA Meeting - Thurs, 1/12, 6:30pm

Join us this week for our first PTA meeting of 2023. We'll be in-person in the Library and virtual via a Google Meet. The link will be sent out the morning of the meeting.

The Library is back in business!

The floor is complete and Miss Brower has her Library back! This means our Library Volunteers are gearing up to help out each week. Shoot us an email if you want in on the Library fun! You can volunteer on a regular schedule or just once in a while when it fits into your schedule. 

Family Dinner is Almost Here!

Please plan to join us on Wednesday, February 8th in the HS Cafeteria for our Stevens Family Dinner... Taco Night!  We are so excited to have this event back in person this year. Tickets will go on sale soon.

This is a perfect time to volunteer! Please see the sign-ups below if you are interested in helping with this event.

Dessert Sign-up!

We are looking for dessert donations for Family Dinner. Desserts can be homemade or store bought! We love all yummy treats - think cookies, cakes, pies, or cheesecake! CLICK HERE to sign up. 

Gift Baskets

Would you or a local businessowner you know be willing to donate a gift card or gift basket? Baskets will be raffled off during the Family Dinner. Proceeds will go towards the 5th Grade Party in June. Contact us in you are interested, bhblstevenspta@gmail.com 

5th Grade Servers

We are SO excited to bring back the long standing tradition of offering 5th graders the opportunity to serve food to families during our Family Dinner. CLICK HERE to sign up your 5th grader.

Want to encourage your child to save money? Try student banking!

Volunteers are at the school EVERY Thursday morning to support the Stevens PTA's Student Banking Program. 

Students can come to the cafeteria when they arrive to school on Thursdays and deposit anything from $0.25 to $10.00. For more information and to sign up for the Stevens Student Banking Program with the First New York Federal Credit Union CLICK HERE.


Tired of reading the same book every night? No time to head to the library?

Participate in the Stevens 1001 Books Program. It's easy and free!  

Perfect for students aged Pre-K to 2nd grade.  In the front vestibule of the school you will find 100 bags, each containing 10 books.  You can sign these out anytime the lobby is open. 

Up for a challenge? Read all 100 bags and Dr. Evans will read book #1001 to your child!
