Our March PTA meeting is tonight, Thursday, March 2nd at 6:30 pm in the library.  All are welcome to join. This will be a working meeting to discuss plans for our spring events!

We are looking for volunteers to help with snacks for the After School Enrichment Clubs.  We have approximately 200 kids signed up for clubs and we give the students a snack after the day ends and before the clubs start.  

If you are willing to donate a snack please fill out THIS form.  We greatly appreciate any and all help.

All 5 schools in the BHBL district are joining forces to collect donations for the Regional Food Bank.  Stevens is specifically collecting laundry supplies but all items are accepted.

Do you have a current student at O'Rourke or a 5th grader headed there next year?  The OMS PTA is looking for support.  The following Officer positions are open for next year: President, Secretary, Treasurer.  

There are also several committee chair positions open: 6th Grade Rec Night, Craft Fair, Library Volunteers, Staff Appreciation, and Spirit Wear.

It's the last week to clean out your closets!

The Stevens PTA is partnering with GotSneakers for a unique fundraiser. Donation bins are located in all 5 buildings and at Mail 'N More! Clean out those closets and help the PTA at the same time. CLICK HERE to learn more.

Tickets are now available for the BHBL Founders Day Dinner in the main offices at all five BHBL schools and at Mail n' More. The dinner will be held on Thursday, March 23rd at 5:30pm at the The Vista at Van Patten Golf Course. 

Tickets are $60 and are available through Friday, March 10th at 2 pm.
