PTA Membership


The Stevens PTA welcomes the participation of ALL Stevens parents, teachers, staff, and community supporters. No one is excluded from volunteering with us, attending our meetings, and sharing in the joy of creating an environment where our children can learn, grow and reach their potential. Becoming a Member of the Stevens PTA gives you voting and decision-making rights.

 

Memberships with the PTA are by individual and last for one school year - the cost is $10*. Memberships need to be renewed each year.   

  

There are two ways to sign-up and pay for your membership:

 

OPTION 1: CLICK HERE to sign up online! You can choose to pay by cash/check or by credit card. If you are paying by cash/check, send the payment in to the Stevens Main office. Checks should be made out to Stevens PTA.

 

OPTION 2: Print off the membership form below and send the form and your cash/check payment in to the Stevens Main office. Checks should be made out to Stevens PTA.  MEMBERSHIP FORM FOR PRINTING

 

 

 

*$6 of your membership fee stays with the Stevens PTA. $4 dollars is sent to the NYS PTA (who provides significant support to the sustainability of local chapters). Our Stevens PTA budget comes from community donations and fundraising, please consider contributing an additional amount to support the programming we make available to your child(ren). We are a 501c3 and your contribution is tax-deductible.
