Are you NEW to Stevens?
Whether you are new to Stevens Elementary School or just new to the PTA — we are glad you are here!
The PTA is a great way to get involved in the life of our community and the education of our children!
Here are some steps you can take to get started:
1—Register in the Stevens family directorY
The school teachers and staff CANNOT give out family contact information, so the PTA manages a family contact directory online. This directory is integrated into our PTA website and ONLY Stevens Families have access. The directory software is secure, easy to use, and free to families.
Click the “Log-In/Register” button below and follow the prompts. If you are creating a new account, you will have to verify your email before your account is set up.
Once your account is active, you can:
- Add/Update contact information for your family including your child(ren)'s name and teacher;
- Create favorite contact and group lists;
- Access Class lists;
- Print a paper copy of the directory or certain contacts; and
- Download the Membership Toolkit app and access the directory on a mobile device!
In addition to adding contact information, you can also control what information is shared in the directory. We recommend at least sharing a phone number or email address so other Stevens Families can reach out to you.
2—become a member of the pta
Next, Join the PTA for the current school year! Memberships are $6/person for the school year.
Jump over to our Membership page for more information and to sign-up!
3—Stay informed!

4—Use your powers for good!
Whether you have 30 minutes— or larger chunks of time— your willingness to volunteer makes a big difference in the life of our school! Most Stevens PTA volunteers work full or part time, which makes everyone's service extra important! Check out our Get Involved page to see where help is most needed.
