There's more than one way to help at Stevens! Whether you have an hour to volunteer, an item to donate or an interest in helping behind the scenes, there are plenty of ways to get involved.

Help When It Works for You

You don't have to volunteer to be a PTA member, and volunteering doesn't have to mean a big commitment. One shift, one donation or a little help behind the scenes can make a difference!

Picture Day Volunteers

Picture Day is right around the corner! We're looking for volunteers to assist iSmile Photography and help students move through their photos throughout the school day.

Scholastic Fall Book Fair

Our Fall Book Fair is almost here, and we need volunteers to help make it a success! Opportunities include setup, assisting students with shopping and helping with shifts throughout the week.

Monster Mash: Trunk or Treat Hosts

Help make this year's Monster Mash extra fun by decorating a trunk for our Trunk or Treat! Families can sign up to host a decorated vehicle, and the PTA will provide the treats.

This sign-up is for families interested in hosting a trunk, not for general event attendance.

THURSDAY MORNINGS

Student Banking

Help students practice saving skills during our weekly Student Banking program. Volunteers assist with deposits and help keep things running smoothly.

Library Volunteers

Lend a hand in the Stevens library with shelving books and other library activities. Opportunities may be available during the school day.

Popcorn Fridays

Help prepare and distribute popcorn for one of our favorite Stevens traditions! Volunteers are needed periodically throughout the year.

Interested in a Bigger Role?

Committee chairs and coordinators help keep our PTA programs and traditions going. Some roles are seasonal, while others involve occasional planning throughout the year.

We're looking for a new coordinator to help organize Stevens' after-school Ski Club at West Mountain for the 2026–2027 season.

Ways to Donate

Can't volunteer your time? Donating supplies or contributing to an event is another great way to support Stevens.

Donate Items for PTA Events

Throughout the year, PTA events may need food, drinks, paper goods, decorations, raffle prizes or other supplies. We'll share specific requests and donation sign-ups as needs arise.

Support PTA Fundraisers

Participating in PTA fundraisers helps provide classroom resources, student programs, school events and more. Whether you shop a seasonal sale or participate in an everyday fundraising program, your support adds up.

Business & Community Contributions

Local businesses and community members also help make PTA events possible through food, products, services and other contributions.
