🧡 A Full Day of Learning & Discovery

Our full-day kindergarten program is all about helping your child grow—socially, emotionally, and academically. We focus on building strong foundational skills in a way that feels fun and developmentally appropriate. Think hands-on activities, movement, creativity, and lots of encouragement along the way.

 

Each week includes “specials” like music, art, PE, and library, along with plenty of time for play, story time, and practicing those Superstar listening and sharing skills.

 

📝 Kindergarten Registration

To enroll, your child must be 5 years old on or before December 1 of the school year. BH-BL typically hosts a parent information night in late February or early March, with registration and screening taking place shortly after.

🚌 Bus Safety & Practice Rides

At orientation, the BH-BL Transportation Department helps kindergarteners get comfy with bus routines. Students take a practice ride and learn how to:

  • Get on and off the bus safely
  • Cross in front of the bus with driver guidance
  • Find their seat and recognize their stop

Each child also receives a bus tag showing their unique bus symbol—so staff and drivers can easily guide them where they need to go.
